Trocaire College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide electronic transcripts. Requestors initiate the process by selecting the completing the Electronic Transcript Request Form.

Requestors may select several timing options:

After grades are posted
After degree completion statement is posted (only for current students waiting for degree conferral)

Transcripts are generally processed within 3 – 5 business days and electronically delivered the next business day. Please allow 5 extra business days prior to the start of the semester.

Paper Transcript Requests are still available.

Please complete the form below to request a paper transcript. Paper transcripts are generally processed within 3-5 business days with an additional 5 – 7 days for mail service and delivery.

Trocaire College covers the cost for transcripts.
