Customer Service Programs Application

Health Care Customer Service Program prepares and certifies participants in customer service skills; IT systems used in the delivery of customer service in a virtual service environment; and an understanding of the healthcare environment including medical terminology, billing, and coding. These skills and qualifications will allow participants to secure high demand jobs with major healthcare providers such as health provider systems and insurers.

Customer Service Program prepares and certifies participants in customer service skills and IT systems used in the delivery of customer service in a virtual service environment. These skills and qualifications will allow participants to secure high-demand jobs.

Students will receive as part of their program fees:
