Trocaire Named One of 2018’s “Great Colleges to Work For’ by Chronicle of Higher Education

Trocaire College is proud to announce that it has received The Chronicle of Higher Education’s “2018 Great Colleges to Work For” designation.

Only 84 colleges were honored, out of 253 participating accredited institutions nationally. Trocaire is one of only two Western New York area honorees, the other being Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester.

Trocaire was recognized in the following four categories, based on surveys that employees filled out earlier this year: Professional/Career Development Programs; Respect & Appreciation; Supervisor/Department Chair Relationship; and Work/Life Balance.

Such a dynamic, supportive work culture cultivates commitment and innovation within the ranks, according to Trocaire President Bassam M. Deeb.
