Trocaire College Hospitality Management alumnus Jay Langfelder, founder and operator of the O.G. Wood Fire Pizza Truck, launched his Buffalo food truck about six weeks ago, and the kudos continues to pour in.

As the articles above state, Jay’s pizzas stand out because of their high-quality ingredients, hand-mixed dough and the 900-degree, wood-burning oven that delivers the perfect blast of heat and cooks the pizzas in just two minutes.
In a recent interview while parked in front of Trocaire’s Russell J. Salvatore School of Hospitality & Business on Transit Road, He said his Trocaire experience helped prepare him for the entrepreneurial life by allowing him to focus on his passion–pizza–no matter the project and giving him a broad base of education on both the culinary and business sides of the hospitality industry.
