Current students applying for acceptance into another program at Trocaire should complete the form below by the deadline, November 1st for Spring start and April 1st for Fall start. If you are applying for the PN or RN program, you must take the HESI A2 exam as part of the program transfer process. If you are a new student and wish to apply to Trocaire, please visit our Apply page and fill out an on-line application.
