Thanksgiving may be over, but there is still plenty of time to brush up on your culinary chops before Christmas!
Trocaire College’s Workforce Development Office is offering a series of Holiday Cooking and Baking Workshops this holiday season. There are still open spots in two sessions: “Gingerbread House Centerpieces” and “Holiday Cut-out Cookie Making: The Perfect Cookie.”

Monday, Dec. 5 • 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Holiday Cut-out Cookie Making: The Perfect Cookie
Saturday, Dec. 10 • 9 a.m.-12 p.m. or 1-4 p.m.
In each session, participants will learn best practices and insider techniques for cooking and baking from some of Western New York’s best pastry chefs and culinary artists. Classes include hands-on instruction in our state-of-the art test kitchen at our Transit Road location in Williamsville, tastings and take-home treats.
