In support of the Mission of Trocaire College, the role of the Palisano Center for Academic Success is to provide students with the tools for strategic learning and skills fundamental to college success and beyond. Its goals are to promote an environment that maximizes student learning and to support the instruction of faculty.

The primary objective of The Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP), or Trocaire Opportunity Program (TOP), is to help provide a broad range of services to the student, who because of academic and economic circumstances would otherwise be unable to attend college, yet has the potential and desire to obtain a college degree. TOP is sponsored jointly by the State Education Department and Trocaire College.
The mission of our office is to collect, organize, analyze, maintain, and report on internal
and external data to dynamically and efficiently support strategic planning, decision-making,
new program development and accountability throughout the college. In addition, the office
coordinates the college-wide assessment activities of all departments and programs.

The Office of Financial Aid is dedicated to helping students and parents obtain the financial aid necessary to pay for a college education at Trocaire College. 93% of Trocaire students receive some form of financial assistance – scholarships, grants, loans and work-study. This site is designed to help you with the financial aid process.
The Office of Institutional Advancement nurtures and facilitates permission based support for the college. The mission of the Mary Clare Development Center is to support all faculty, promote excellence in teaching, and promote professional development opportunities. The Mary Clare Development Center offers a range of programs to enhance teaching and learning based on pedagogical theory and rich in creativity. The Mary Clare Development Center is a dedicated area that fosters interdisciplinary discussion where faculty can deliberately plan and assess. The Mary Clare Development Center provides training for new technological strategies used in the classroom, in online learning, and in distance learning.

The Office of Service Learning is the hub of service learning experiences at Trocaire, providing resources and support to faculty, community partners, and students engaging in purposeful educational opportunities that serve the community.
Service learning promotes a deep approach to learning. Students learn how to turn theoretical knowledge into applied knowledge, linking course content to “real-life” experiences through service that centers around a community need or issue. Structured reflection activities are used to enable students to understand what was learned and experienced, and how the community was benefit.
Trocaire College is recognized for excellence in undergraduate nursing education for over fifty years. We prepare students to provide caring, holistic and quality nursing services to diverse populations. We prepare students for many levels of nursing – practical nursing certificate, associate degree registered nursing and a bachelor degree nursing program.
The Trocaire College Office of Information Technology provides both a student and learning centered environment through its various technology services, where students are able to explore and maximize their potential.

Thanks to the support of federal, state, and Trocaire College’s financial aid programs, most veterans and their dependents can attend Trocaire with little or no financial obligation. There are a variety of financial assistance programs available to reservists, veterans, and their dependents all based on an individual’s personal military service record. Our hard working staff will go above and beyond to help the military families that have served and sacrificed for our country.
