Trocaire and BCAT Offer Career Training

Begin a new career in an in-demand field!

Thanks to funds from the New York State Regional Economic Development Council, Trocaire College and the Buffalo Center for Arts and Technology (BCAT) will be offering FREE TRAINING in phlebotomy and sterile processing and distribution (SPD) to Buffalo-area residents this fall.

15 spots are available for the fall cohort in each program. Classes will be held on the BCAT campus in downtown Buffalo this fall. The cost of course tuition will be covered in full for participating students, as will books, supplies and public transit passes.


Qualifying Students: BCAT accepts candidates who are unemployed, underemployed, veterans, TANF/Social Services, Workman comp, low income or anyone looking for training to advance into a job that leads to family sustaining wages and opportunities for advancement.
